Policies and rules

Dignity at Work and Study

The Royal Danish Academy has a policy for employees and students aimed at creating a shared framework for a safe study and work environment free from offensive actions, bullying, sexual harassment, or other degrading behavior.
At the same time, the policy outlines the freedom of expression that serves as the cornerstone of a learning and knowledge environment such as that of the Royal Danish Academy

Rules for Anti-corruption

The Royal Danish Academy strongly opposes corruption. Efforts against corruption are important to create a clear, commonly understood ethical standard. Therefore, it is important to clarify rules that promote correct behaviour. The rules apply to all employees, students, guest researchers, external partners, and external board members in relation to their activities at The Royal Danish Academy.
