The Vision and Strategy of The Royal Academy - Architecture, Design, Conservation for 2022-2025 is entitled: "Create.Collaborate.Change".

With the vision and strategy for 2022-2025, the Academy has an overall basis for continuing the work of ensuring a strong core professionalism and developing the organization in the coming years. The starting point is that the world is changing rapidly and the question has been how the Academy, as an artistic education and research institution, can prepare to contribute with the greatest possible effect to the great global challenges we face.

Therefore, the Academy has been through an inclusive process where staff, students and management could jointly provide input to a vision in the long run for 2050 and in the short run a concrete strategy for the next four years.It has resulted in a Vision and Strategy: 'Create. Collaborate. Change. - towards a balanced world'.
