The Confused Bodies

The Confused Bodies 



My work reflects and embraces the abstract feeling of 'Confusion' to acknowledge the relevant emotions we might encounter in a world we struggle to navigate. It shows a perspective of humanity in a present where our self-understanding is constantly pushed to expand and evolve. 
 
This feeling is visualized in the figurative composition of bodies that meaninglessly floats around in the surface of the bowls. Parts of the bodies steps into this world and creates a figurative landscape that balances imagination and a sense of reality, that the viewer can discover and explore.
