Landscape Cluster

The Landscape Cluster brings together and strengthens work in landscape architecture across the Royal Danish Academy. In a time marked by climate change and resource scarcity, the cluster highlights the central role of landscape in sustainable design and building practices.

The cluster promotes new interdisciplinary collaborations, and maps current research in the field. Through annual seminars and meetings, it supports the development of research and artistic research (KUV) projects that address contemporary landscape-related challenges. The aim is to highlight the landscape’s potential to enhance biodiversity, resilience, and human well-being.

The cluster communicate and promote the activities and competencies of the cluster-members and the field of landscape to broader audiences and in public debate.
