Publications
The Centre for Sustainable Building Culture at the Royal Danish Academy is founded on a desire to contribute to a sustainable building culture for the future. Sustainable building culture is understood as the meaningful cultivation and holistic synthesis of technological, cultural-historical and aesthetic considerations - with care and respect for planetary boundaries.
The objective is to combine the need to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and the consumption of material resources with the preservation and enhancement of the aesthetic qualities and cultural values of our built heritage - for the benefit of present and future generations.
