This project investigates how the furniture industry could work without virgin materials, covering process, economics, aesthetics, material sourcing, and the designer's role. The furniture is made from reclaimed pine from demolished Danish mink farms, wood that would otherwise be burned. The design is driven by what the material allows, not the other way around.
