Stoke-on-Trent’s historic pottery ‘Top Bridge Works’ is a monument to British industrial heritage. Dating back to the late 18th century, the complex sits intact on the shore of the Trent & Mersey canal, though in a sorry state. The project seeks to revive the factory through a transformation of the buildings and by opening it up to the locals with housing, commercial lease, shops and hospitality.
