Projektet undersøger transformationen af et ældre pakhus på havnen i Nykøbing Mors til en ny kultur- og oplevelsesdestination. Bygningen, opført i 1930 og i dag funktionstømt, genfortolkes som katalysator i mødet med den negative befolkningsudvikling. Programmering tager afsæt i Mors’ fiskerihistorie, mens formgivningen sanseligt udforsker spændet mellem skaldyrets hårde ydre og dets bløde indre.
