Workplace distractions, stress, and cognitive overload impact productivity and well-being. As work environments evolve, so should the tools that support focus and emotional balance. This project investigates weighted vests as discreet, ergonomic wearables that use Deep Touch Pressure — a therapeutic technique shown to ease stress, improve concentration, and support healthier workplaces.

Charlie stares at his screen, fingers hovering over the keyboard. The report deadline looms, but his mind keeps drifting, a notification pings, her phone buzzes and suddenly he is down a rabbit hole of emails, facebook messages and a TikTok clip of dancing cats. He sighs… rubbing her temples — This isnt just Charlie procrastinating; it is his brain like so many others today struggling to keep focus in a world engineered to distract.
