På et nedlagt skipsverft i Fredrikstad skal en ny bydel utbygges, og flere historiske industribygninger står dermed i fare for å bli revet. Dette prosjektet har som mål å vise hvordan en funksjons tømt industribygning kan transformeres og programmeres for å imøtekomme de fremtidige behovene i området, og samtidig bevare kulturarven.
