Through a strategic approach based on the ‘customer journey’ this project discovers how to develop a characteristic concept through design, spatial experience and product. The project is developed through a cross-disciplinary collaborative process with Simply Brand Design. The methodology is based on design and business, which are the key elements to highlight the complexity of the design process.

Thesis statement
The methodology of this master thesis is inspired of both The Royal Danish Academy and CBS, why it is divided into a business part and a design part
