Bricks are present across cultures and throughout history. They are part if our common heritage and are instantly recognizable. A brick - humbly - represents civilisation, but is an anonymous material. As a reaction to this the hidden materiality of brick is investigated to change perceptions, to enrich the common curiosity towards material properties.
