Inside the pavilion, visitors can experience the sensory, aesthetic, and poetic potential of daylight, unfolded in a series of rooms.
The pavilion was originally erected at Gråbrødretorv as part of the UIA, Copenhagen – World Capital of Architecture 2023, and welcomed over 100,000 visitors from July to November.
With its new location at Holmen, the orientation of the building has changed. If you visited the pavilion at Gråbrødretorv, your experience will be different this time, as the surroundings now lie on the edge of Copenhagen’s harbor, and one of the rooms has been specifically transformed in relation to its daylight opening.
