Solar Sinter

Many rural homes in Rajasthan are adobe structures plastered with clay - cool in summer and warm in winter, but prone to erosion during monsoons. This project explores using a Fresnel lens to solar-sinter the existing plaster, turning it into durable ceramic and reducing the need for frequent repairs.
