pleroo is a housing concept addressing the growing shortage of affordable student accommodation in Athens. 

The project uses prefabricated modules made from reused shipping containers and industrial leftovers, placed on overlooked sites near universities. By combining modular construction, material reuse and urban densification, pleroo aims to create affordable student housing while reducing construction costs and environmental impact. The concept offers a circular and adaptable approach to making better use of Athens’ existing resources and urban spaces.
