Gira - latin dance shoes

Entrepreneur
Helena Lehn Petersen

Gira reimagines the Latin dance shoe through improved construction, materials and technology.

The project addresses common challenges around durability, comfort and conventional aesthetics, aiming to create a simpler and more robust alternative. By extending the lifespan of dance shoes beyond the typical 6–12 months, Gira seeks to offer dancers better-performing footwear while challenging established approaches within the market.
