After Matter

Entrepreneur
Jens Kristian Di Stefano Larsen

After Matter develops a new construction method for transforming concrete waste into load-bearing structures.

Using a traditional stone-splitting technique, demolished concrete is divided into smaller blocks and reassembled into columns and arches that make use of concrete’s strength in compression. The aim is to develop a scalable system for turning reclaimed concrete into prefabricated structural components, offering a more circular alternative to downcycling construction waste.
