Research and Collaboration

The programme is supported by its team of researchers, covering several fields within the area of strategic design and entrepreneurhip such as design approaches- and processes and innovative business development. We are concerned with design ethnography, actor-network theory, user centered design, design and architecture didactics, design management, design thinking, entrepreneurial theory & emerging forms of design and architecture practice.

During the master programme you will actively engage with case-based projects that are anchored in actual companies-, organisations or stakeholders. We currently have a collaboration with BLOXHUB.

We place focus on research and development work with external companies and organisations. We strive to deliver an educational framework that engages with external partners and that results in valuable insights for all parties involved. Examples of this include Design Challenges that are formulated by industrial partners, joint seminars on topical issues and the common engagement with companies and organisations as ‘expert’ knowledge partners for specific assignments.
