Dates and Deadlines

Fall 2026

If doubt whether you fulfil requirements, you can ask us for a pre-assessement of your qualifications during the fall. Please e-mail optag@kglakademi.dk and ask for a pre-assessement or guidance. Remember to attach your high school diploma and transcript.

January 2027

1st: Deadline for applying for preassessment. Voluntaty.

February 2027

1st.: application portal, optagelse.dk,  opens
XX: 4-6 PM. Online Open House for Crafts. See Online sessions in the menu for link.
11th.: Open House in Copenhagen. Details will follow late December.

March 2027

15th.: 12.00 CET. Deadline for applying on optagelse.dk, including dispensations.
15th : 12:00 CET. Deadline for submission of signature page on MitAkademi.
15th; 12:00 CET. Deadline for applicants with special needs, who can apply for early intake. 
18th: 12:00 CET Deadline for signing up for digital test with preparations. Participation mandatory.

April 2027

1st: 5:00 PM. Online information meeting about digital admission test. Voluntary.
3rd: Online admission test. 9 AM to 5 PM. Online from home.
19th: Scores from online admission test are announced on MitAkademi.
19th:: Invitations for admission test and interview in Copenhagen are sent.
26th, 12.00CET: deadline for signing up for admission test in Copenhagen
27th: 5:00 PM. Online information meeting about admission test i Copenhagen. Voluntary.

May 2027

2nd: 9 AM to 5 PM. Admission test and interview in Copenhagen for invited applicants.

June 2027

2nd: Scores from admission test are announced on MitAkademi.

July 2027

5th: 12:00 CET. Deadline for upload of required documents. If arranged.
28th: Offers of study places are sent.
XX: 12:00 CET. Deadline for accepting offer of study place.

August 2027

X th.: online session for newly enrolled students. 
Late August: introduction days at Bornholm.
 

September 2027

1st : official opening of study year.
