Under an umbrella project 'Universal Design and Accessibility for All: Architecture, Cities and Space', led by Masashi Kajita, a current and related series of design research projects study the idea of spatial inclusiveness through the discourse on architecture and body-centric space; materiality and immateriality in architecture, use matters and material practice; the standardised human body and non-compliant bodies; architectural details and strategy; as well as the city and the interiority of space.
