Dates and Deadlines

Crafts - Dates and Deadlines 2024

Deadlines for our 2024 intake is in process and will continue to do so until Mid January. We will add dates as soon as they are decided.
The following dates and deadlines are final:

4 January 17:00 CET: Online webinar. Meet students and admission officer.

1 February: optagelse.dk opens, and you can start your application
1 February: Open House on Campus in Copenhagen (Holmen)
5 February, 16:00 CET: Online Open House for the Crafts programme. Meet staff, students and admission officer. Link later.

5 March, 17:00 CET: Online webinar. On eligibility. Meet admission officer
15 March 12:00 CET: deadline for applying on optagelse.dk, including dispensations.
15 March 12:00 CET: deadline for submission of signature page on MitAkademi

1 April: 12:00 CET: deadline for signing up for online admission test on MitAkademi.
7 April: from 9 to 17 CET. Online admission test.

5 May: Admission test in Copenhagen. 
31 May: all participants will be notified about scores.

5 July 12:00 CET: deadline for upload of lacking documents if arranged.
5 July: applicants who have applied for dispensation will be notified of decision. However, we aim at getting back to all apllicants as soon as possible and before deadline.

26 July: applicants, who are offered a study place, will be noticed.
26 July: applicants, who are not offered a study place will either get a rejection notice from KOT or an offer of a study place from another institution in Denmark.
31 July, 12:00 CET: deadline for accepting offer of study place.

5 August: online information meeting for new students at Crafts.
xx August: log-on-information for academy learning platforms and intranet will be available. Detailed information about introduction days will be announced on the intranet.
29-30 August: introduction days at Campus in Nexø, Bornholm.

2 September: semester starts
