The lockdown situation has negatively affected many people’s mental health. In this project, we wanted to explore how a lockdown situation affects people's mental health and how we, as designers, may enhance it. Through our research and interviews we discovered that nature has a healing factor which can contribute immensely to a better well-being in a situation where people are isolated for long.
