This project examines how the direct reuse of existing building stock can restore the foundation of brick as a load-bearing element in future construction. A load-bearing wall element has been developed that can incorporate cut out brick panels. The project aims to address the challenge of reusing cement-masonry brick facades while also reviving the existence of brick in construction.
