Researching if the act of transforming/augmenting images and sites can work as an efficient rehearsal in transforming everything ... by engaging young creators aged 7-14 in populating a custom Geolocated Augmented Reality Exhibition with their own augmentations

AUGMENT [X] is a Geolocated Augmented Reality AR exhibition platform created for/with young creators. The application is created to accompany a workshop series for students aged 7-14 at Ringe Billedkunstskole in spring 2023, designed towards empowering the participants towards feeling able, willing and entitled to co-create shared visual culture by practicing AR. Researching if the act of transforming/augmenting images and sites can work as an efficient rehearsal in transforming everything, this project engaged 18 young creators in developing site specific augmentations in their city Ringe.
