Royal Danish Academy, Dorte Mandrup and We Build Denmark invites to a conversation about inclusivity in schools and workplaces.

We are becoming more aware of the importance of diversity and representation in the creative professions. Yet, when we look at our schools and workplaces, we are still part of a very homogenous group, and many minority voices are left out.

Join us for an insightful conversation with practitioners and experts who are working to strengthen diversity and inclusion. Together we will delve deeper into the issue of underrepresentation in the creative fields. We will explore why certain groups are still underrepresented, what we lose when some voices aren’t heard, and how we can work to promote and enforce change.

The event is in English. Afterwards there will be the opportunity for networking and drinks.
