Workspace Design
CODE is part of the Workspace Design research project. The objective with the project is to develop and try out approaches and methods for a dialogue based design practice with architects and consulting engineers that enable the inclusion of users and the working environment early in the design process.
For instance the project will explore how harmful ergonomic and physical environmental factors can be identified, be made clear, and be prevented in programming and planning. The scope is also to include a broader understanding of the users working environment. For instance to include aspects of the psychosocial working conditions like ways of co-operation and collaborating, possibilities for knowledge sharing, work identities etc. Partners in the project are the Technical University of Denmark, The Technological Institute and COWI A/S.CODE-forskere deltager i Workspace Design forskningsprojektet.
