Visualising wood sustainability
'Visualising Wood Sustainbiltiy' brings together a variety of speakers working with the information of materials, in both physical and virtual domains. Today, with access to a broad variety of tools and methods, different disciplines are able to work with this information in new ways.
Whether it be national material stocks, highly specific individual traits, or the ‘immaterial’ realm of user interfaces. The more we are able to understand and communicate, the better equipped we become for making sustainable decisions about materials.
This seminar is a part of Wood Sustainability: Data visualisation beyond the sensory, a project that investigates wood’s potential as a multi-generational material.
