Transformation of the old fish factory Bacalao in Torshavn from old industry to a hub of cultural production and consumption revitalising it in the public consciousness. Our research pointed to artists, boat builders, street sports and others as needing better facilities, resulting in an interwoven plan. Instead of a fixed plan we designed a strategy allowing for future flexibility as needs change
