Sommar is a first person horror game project which aims to achieve higher visual quality when working as a solo developer.

By developing pipelines and techniques which enables a non destructive workflow when creating 3D assets the world of Sommar was able to come to life and achieve the current level of visual fidelity and uphold industry standard optimization. The game is built using the Unity HDRP game engine and only uses in house solutions and assets, taking full advantage of the many features and technologies of the game engine. The current state of the vertical slice took a total of 3 months of active development.
