Product-Service System (PSS) business models are known as win-win solutions for sustainability in different industries. This project proposed a strategy for a real design firm to implement a PSS that can help them achieve sustainable business transformation based on the existing infrastructures. Besides, a physical product was developed as an example to show how the whole PSS works.
