The Open Kitchen is a foodscape that explores and rethinks food futures by establishing connections and sparking collaborations towards a circular food system.

The Open Kitchen is a physical space and digital platform, providing a database and network of knowledge and resources. It acts as an ecosystem that allows stakeholders of the food industry in Denmark to create, share, and trade.
