The series of sculptures investigates the similarities between Pókemon and Pre-Columbian ceramics. Questioning a universal mind of visual attraction to shapes that happens to be cute. Maybe provoking a very basic human instinct such as empathy is the answer to timeless aesthetics. By using the ancient burnishing technique, the sculptures gained a soft and cuddly worthy surface, just like a kitten.
