This project showcases an alternate version to the current business model for housing development in the city of Monterrey, Mexico by designing a mixed-use building through a methodology focused on negotiating between a financially viable project and one that creates added value to the surrounding urban spaces, considering in its process not only a business mindset but the public interest as well.

Architectural Project Manager

As a Architectural Project Manager I reviewed and provided solutions for functionality, architectonic and technical details aimed at guaranteeing the end user's satisfaction through the design product. I was in charge of ensuring the fulfillment of the Continuous Improvement Methodology of the company and managing personnel in the design department. I had communication with clients and consultant teams to deliver projects that met the cost, time and quality required in all our developments.

As a Senior Architect I developed projects based on the design concept by the Partner-in-charge, I developed design options in collaboration with the team members, had ongoing communication with the clients, managed the junior members of the team, and was involved in the production and revision of drawing sets.
