Ved havnen i Hasle på Bornholm står en 28 meter høj kornsilo, som har været ubrugt de sidste 30 år. Hasle har begrænset turisme, og havnen er byens inaktive del. For at udbedre dette, transformeres siloen om til lokaler for moderne industri og erhverv med et program, som skaber rum til et mikrobryggeri i bunden, erhvervslokaler i midten og et udsigtspunkt for borgere og turister i toppen.
