Fletstenen er en optimeret mursten, der er med til at reducere CO2 aftrykket fra skalmuring med 77%.

Fletstenen er en kritik af nutidens brug af mursten, som ikke har fulgt udviklingen i byggesektoren. Nutidens mursten er dimensioneret efter fortidens fuldmurede vægge, men bruges kun som kosmetisk klimaskærm. Der ligger store potentialer ved at optimere murstenen efter nutidens reelle behov.
