Ensomhedens Biologi (The Biology Of Loneliness) is an illustrated book that explores the feeling of loneliness as a neuroscientific phenomenon. It dives into our brains and tries to explain and visualize some of the processes that happen in our brain when we feel lonely. The aim is to approach loneliness in a more easy and broad way and to create a new starting point for a potential conversation. The book uses playful visual metaphors and colors which allows the reader to explore this sad and complicated emotion in a friendly and childish way.
