This project proposes the integration of a Shelter for Victims of Domestic Violence with an Art Academy and Cultural Center in the city of Antofagasta in Chile. It is an investigation on how architecture and design can empower survivors of domestic violence and an exploration into how architecture might embrace the culture, safeguard the heritage, and reconnect the inhabitants with the environment.
