In a field on the outskirts of Rønne, the municipality is developing a residential area, due to increased demand for private and rental housing. The field is inhabited by lizards, a threatened species, but otherwise ecologically uninteresting. How can housing increase biodiversity? How can local architectural heritage be used as a design driver? How can human and nature coexist?
