Master’s Programme

Type & Wayfinding

Short about Type & Wayfinding

The master’s programme is one of KADK’s ‘double degree’ programmes, which accepts applications from bachelors of both design and architecture.

With a particular focus on spatial graphics, wayfinding, type design, visual identity, branded spaces, exhibition design and information graphics, the programme also provides broad aesthetic and disciplinary training.

Coursework assignments include the design of typefaces, symbols and pictograms; wayfinding projects in complex architectural and urban space settings; and visual identity projects with an emphasis on the interplay of graphic design, space and outfitting.
