Projektet omhandler den tidligere kulplads ved Svanemølleværket. Projektet søger, gennem to nedslag at skabe bedre sammenhænge i området. De to nedslag er en multifunktionel plads, som i årets løb skifter funktion, og en transformation af en eksisterende reservebrændstoftank, som kan danne ramme for arrangementer på tværs af lokale foreninger i havnen, og samtidig blive en ny destination i området
