As a way of challenging the traditional approach to the design process and strengthening the ability to think abstract within an interdisciplinary framework, more than 70 first year Master’s students were involved in a workshop entitled INGESTION.

Over a two-week period, students collaborated in groups of 10 stretching across specializations to create an experience, ritual, composition or interaction that related to the notion of ‘ingestion’. The results were intended to spark a conversation relating to the senses, a political or cultural issue, systems of nature or social behavior.
