A default male perspective has often influenced the analysis of archeological findings, with the consequence of the female perspective being lost, or even forgotten, in the writing of history.

The project aims to promote a greater understanding of this issue, by telling the story of the Birka Warrior, a Viking skeleton mislabelled as a male for over 130 years.

The final design is in the form of a website, combining text and animation into a visual narrative.
