Student Assistant - Workplace Design, Corporate Real Estate 

Lundbeck is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled student assistant to join Workplace Design within Corporate Real Estate. By joining Lundbeck, you join a global company which is truly committed to supporting patients suffering from brain diseases.

Your new role

Your key tasks will be: 

  • Develop layout drawings in AutoCAD
  • Assist with production of various presentations
  • Research, pricing & preparing data to support our decision making
  • Participating in & active learning with project implementation, client meetings, consultations & design development of various projects
  • Coordinating moving, electrician, delivery and everything that include carrying a project out - from the beginning to completion
  • A broad variety of design related tasks to support our organization & global affiliates to foster a good working environment with layout drafts, specifying furnishings, lighting, acoustics, and wall décor.

 

Your future team

 

Workplace Design is a part of Corporate Real Estate, located in our headquarters in Valby, Denmark. You will be part of a small, skilled, and innovative team. We are busy and work to deliver the future workplace of Lundbeck across the Group, both locally and globally.

 

The working hours are 15 hours per week, with a preference of Tuesday and Thursday for office attendance. A successful candidate can expect to start as early as April 2025.

 

What you bring to the team

 

Our preferred candidate has the following professional and personal qualifications:

  • You are at least 1 year into a relevant education, e.g. interior design, space planning or architecture
  • You show high standards and discipline in your work
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written (English & optional Danish)
  • Proven experience with use of AutoCAD, PCon or other 3D programs
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong graphic and presentation skills
  • Creative and problem-solving skills
  • You work very well in teams as well on your own
  • You approach routine tasks with a positive attitude
  • An energetic, flexible team-player with a positive mindset
